Puff Screen Printing:

Puff Screen Printing (3D print) uses a plastisol based ink but is a unique printing technique. The process is as same as the standard normal screen printing that involves the heat press at later stages. Though the ink is the plastisol based in addition to this a foaming agent that helps the fabric in resulting in the required  raised effect or the so called 3D effect on the design applied.

The whole process of printing a puff pattern is taken over by the additional foaming agent onto the plastisol that is modified and then the fabric is made to go through the heat press under a high temperature and then the last usual process curing is done. This particular printing technique is considered to be one of the most attractive technique when seen as a final result because of its raised 3D effect.

The durability and life of the pattern made is long , strong and true. It is used widely because of its versatile nature. It is used in printing tees, hoodies , sweat-shirts etc in all the ordered and required colours.
